Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size or colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.
2. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with item/s you are returning (this is really important as we can not action a credit/refund with out it).
3. Follow the stages in the portal to create your return label. You will need your Returns Reference from the despatch note to complete this - Please ensure you correctly select the items you are returning; failure to do so may result in a delay or issue with your refund.
4. You will need to choose between dropping your parcel off and requesting a collection. 6 BHD will be deducted from your refund for using either service.
5. You will receive a confirmation email with your returns label which you will need to print off.
6. Attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.
7. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order. We will send you an email, once we have received your returns.

Your package can be returned via your local postal service. We will provide you will a postal label, which you can attach to your package and take to any post office. Please retain the proof of posting for reference.
